In writing content for a webpage, the vibe matters just as much as the info. With Secret Senses, the goal was to write copy that feels calm and inviting without sounding like every other yoga studio out there.

Part 1: About the Client

Our client is Secret Senses, a new yoga studio in the south of Metro Manila. Here’s a summary of their brand identity.

Copywriting isn’t just about the words. As copywriters, we take measures to make sure the words we write are in harmony with the client’s brand’s visuals. Hence, it is also part of our process to collect information about the brand’s visual aesthetic.

Part 2: Overview of the Project

The task: Create fully optimized, ready-to-post SEO home page copy for Secret Senses' website.

In completing this project, we faced one huge challenge. Being a new studio in Alabang, Metro Manila, Secret Senses is situated in a bustling wellness scene with established competitors already topping Google's ranks.

Our clients wanted their homepage to tell their unique story. It had to stand out from their competition, attract their target audience of women across all age groups, and clearly articulate Secret Senses' distinct value.

The goal: Enhance their online visibility, draw in new clients, and ensure their web presence truly reflects their brand.

Part 3: Research and Data Collection

Before pen hit paper (or fingers hit keyboard, in this case), we dove deep into the data. Understanding the competitive landscape is a crucial part of our process.

Part 4: Copywriting Strategy

Now for the main attraction! There are two main things we consider before forming our writing strategy: the client’s brand identity and the competitive landscape. Alabang is already home to some established yoga studios already ranking high. Secret Senses, as a new studio, needed a strategic edge.

Part 5: The Product

The final homepage copy is just less than 700 words. While slightly wordier than competitors’ home pages, our copy is designed to be engaging, conversational, and informative. This was in accordance with the clients’ request to have everything out in the open on their homepage.

If visitors find the content valuable, compelling, and easy to read, they might spend more time on the page, exploring the studio's philosophy, values, and diverse offerings. Longer time-on-page and lower bounce rates (due to engagement) are also strong positive SEO signals.
